  • General Coping Skills for Birth

  • Katonah Yoga Flow

  • Restorative Postures

Whether or not you have an existing yoga practice, the practice of prenatal yoga provides a unique avenue to cultivate the strength, trust, and confidence desired to support the remarkable nature of birth. Together, we can create frame and foundation for a positive birth experience, however that may look and feel to you.

Utilizing rhythm, ritual, and relaxation, we’ll explore how to use prenatal yoga to support your individual needs, create personal toolkits for birth, and together learn to surrender the process of birth.

Prenatal Yoga classes offered at MOtiVE, Sarai, Tangerine Yoga. Abigail is available for one on one sessions and small group privates, as well.
